Size

Habitat

Description

A compact, thick, and sturdy little gastropod shell featuring a distinct high spire and a short anterior canal. The surface is heavily sculptured with strong, rounded axial ribs (costae) intersected by fine spiral cords, giving it a rough, grid-like textured appearance. The body whorl is robust, and the outer lip is thickened, often with tiny denticles inside the aperture.
